Is it just me or am I looking in the wrong place?

all I want is some fleecy bottoms and a long sleeved t shirt top without too many logos or themes for my DS (9).

I have found a nice pair in boden but at £30, they a having a laugh...

Joules ones £29, Fat Face (don't usually shop there) have some for £25

Have got some themed ones from H&M but even those were £16 and not the greatest quality.

Maybe it's because he is getting older and prices are just more expensive.

Any thoughts?

I got some good ones in Asda last year. Tartan fleecy bottoms, plain top.

ThinkIveBeenHacked · 28/10/2014 20:54

Just go to Primark. as good a quality as anywhere, especially as theyll.only be in use for a few months over winter. My Primark.pjs outlast all from everywhere

I love the boys clothes in Primark and their jammies are great too, cosy and wash well Smile

AdorabeezleWinterpop · 28/10/2014 20:57

I got DS and DD some exactly as you describe from Morrisons for £8. They wash beautifully too.

LikeASoulWithoutAMind · 28/10/2014 20:58

I know what you mean. I got ds some lovely ones in M&S last winter. Hoping they have similar again this year. Checked bottoms (kind of flannel material) and long sleeved tshirt tops.

Have you tried John Lewis? Not cheap cheap but def less than Boden/Fat Face prices.

WhereIsMyHat · 28/10/2014 20:59

Sainsburys are good quality and cheap, £10/12 for two pair and there's 25% off clothing at the moment.

John lewis multipacks are great and have lasted three boys so far and are still in good condition- worth the money.

Just remembered i get some of ds winter jammies in Home Bargains they have a small selection but good quality.

lornemalvo · 28/10/2014 21:02

Sainsburys?

BackToYourselfYouSillyOldElf · 28/10/2014 21:20

I was going to say home bargains. They might not have the right size but it's worth a look. I got ds some 3-4 yo thick brushed cotton ones for £4.99.

Whereisegg · 28/10/2014 21:30

Matalan?

ThisBitchIsResting · 28/10/2014 21:49

M and Co are very good for toddler jammies, also Boots.

bealos · 28/10/2014 21:50

Tk maxx

Sandgroper · 28/10/2014 21:50

Wow that was quick. Gotta love MN!

Thanks for all your suggestions.

I used to buy the 2 packs of pjs from Sainsburys but last years ones got a rip in them and they didn't wear as well but before that they were my go to.

Marks ones had problems with the elastic waist and yes I should have taken them back but didn't....

Have been looking at the John Lewis ones, but will look into all the other options....

Thanks a bunch Flowers
