Help me find this jacket please!

A mum at school was wearing a navy duffle jacket. Not a duffle coat as it was shorter than your bog standard duffle coat style. It was more to mid bum. The ropey tie bits were white cord

It just looked nice with jeans, casual but sort of smart at the same time, but not too studenty or paddington beary.
