Breast pockets on a large bust?

Can it ever work without making your bust look bigger?

I really like this tunic (and the amethyst colour!) but am wary of the pockets, as a J cup. Do you think it could work? If not, any suggestions for a similar top/tunic in a similar colour that doesn't cost too much?

Also, I can't decide whether I could chuck my navy cardi over it when out/cold or whether I need a new grey one

No. I don't think breast pockets on big boobs will be a flattering look.

I never buy anything with breast pockets, I don't ever think it looks flattering.

Step away from the tunoc and leggings combo

noddyholder · 27/10/2014 07:54

That would look awful on me and I am busty. A silky fluid shirt with pockets is ok though but smock/jersey not.

I hate my boobs, everything looks wrong Sad

Nooo don't ever hate yourself It has taken me years to learn what suits me and with boobs you definitely have to think more and try different things. Silky semi fitted shirt with pockets and skinny jeans/trousers looks nice. Anything slightly drapey is good and heavier fabrics that hang from the shoulder rather than cling are flattering. Layering also minimises A really tight vest under a boxy sweatshirt/jumper looks good too.

TripTrapTripTrapOverTheBridge · 27/10/2014 12:44

I can't wear boxy though as I have the hips to match my boobs, a huge butt and a small waist. Anything boxy makes me look wide and straight up and down Sad

Still trying to find something in good colours that is drapey/silky and shaped enough for me to wear and looks ok on a mum who works from home lol

I think you can with a tight vest showing under it.
