Will a blazer suit me?

Ok, I'm 5ft8, biggish breast, rather impressive mummy tummy overhang thing. My shoulders are wide-ish. I need something to wear over blouses, sleeveless tops, that sort of thing.

Where do I start? I don't really want long blazers, but I don't think short ones will suit me, due to my waist. And what about collar-none, long, short?
Buttons? One done up? None?

See...I'm clueless! I want something smart than a cardi but not something that looks like it's part of a suit.

Anyone seen anything suitable?

That is lovely, absolutely what I am looking for but it's way out of my budget! Sorry, forgot to mention the all important budget of £30! Thanks for the suggestion though!
