I've seen these mentioned a few times around these parts and I feel like I'm missing out on this marvelous miracle.

Are they any good for water retention and belly bloat? I suffer terribly with this around period times, to the point where I can't zip up my jeans Sad

What do you do with 'em, just chuck 'em in the bath? Do they dry your skin out?

Can you bathe in them if you're pregnant?

KillmeNow · 26/10/2014 21:55

How much do you put into a bath when its just a simple soak?

IfYoureHappyAndYouKnowIt · 26/10/2014 22:11

I'd go for a couple of tablespoons.

ihatethecold · 26/10/2014 22:12

Mine says do not use if pregnant.
Don't know why though.

I use this when my psoriasis is playing up:

Always soothes it. I think they do different ones for different problems.

I've used these before

Don't put too much in the bath though or you won't be able to get out. (It does make you a bit wobbly)

SofaCanary · 27/10/2014 00:06

That's the one I got, goodas!
