Epsom Salts

I've seen these mentioned a few times around these parts and I feel like I'm missing out on this marvelous miracle.

Are they any good for water retention and belly bloat? I suffer terribly with this around period times, to the point where I can't zip up my jeans

What do you do with 'em, just chuck 'em in the bath? Do they dry your skin out?

Can you bathe in them if you're pregnant?

How much do you put into a bath when its just a simple soak?

I'd go for a couple of tablespoons.

Mine says do not use if pregnant.
Don't know why though.

Always soothes it. I think they do different ones for different problems.

Don't put too much in the bath though or you won't be able to get out. (It does make you a bit wobbly)
