Anyone got any tips for getting rid of spots under the skin quickly?

I have quite a few round my chin I'm using a facial steamer regularly as well as exfoliating, cleansing and using pore strips.

The spots are coming out as white heads which I have to squeeze (sorry for TMI!) but it's not improving as quickly as I would like.. anyone have any tips please?

You could try an aspirin face mask, which is apparently very effective (and cheap), and I've seen good reports of it on s and b. If you Google it you will find recipes and lots of info. I've not mastered linking on my tablet, mainly as I'm too lazy. If you do try it, it might be better to avoid other exfoliation/pore stripping at the same time. Good luck!
