Latest catalogue to darken my door:

"Warm up to winter - the nights might be withdrawing, but that doesn't mean you should" Hmm

Surely withdrawing means lessening, and the more accepted phrase "drawing in" is what they meant, but it didn't fit with the sentiment so they just waffles rubbish instead.

Yes, they talk rubbish and that sounds nonsensical. I can't stand the way they use capital letters for Spring, Summer, Autumn and Winter, either.

Just about to change into a lovely new Boden skirt I bought at a massively reduced price though, so I can't hate them entirely!

It would be alarming if the night withdrew Confused. Surely drawing in and getting longer is the opposite of withdrawing Hmm.

I hadn't looked at a catalogue for ages till one arrived a few days ago, and it looked as if they have stopped asking those moronic questions of the female or child models...is that right or was that just a one off? I hope they have, that whole thing was Angry.
