I think it is meant to be - is it that cheap one? I thought you could only buy it in the states?

It's very hit and miss, IME. Before ordering I'd check reviews for each product you're interested in. Or ask here about specifics.

Some of it is fantastic, lots of it is rubbish.

I've had some good stuff from ELF and some useless.

The cream eyeliners dry out too quickly, but the flat ended eyeliner brush from the professional range is pretty good. I've had an ok blusher, a good eyeshadow quad and a hideous cream foundation.

I prefer MUA from Superdrug...better pigments etc. but still very reasonably priced.
