Bloody zatchels....

I ordered a bag on 21st august and still not received it. They are ignoring my emails and the answer phone is on when you call them. So disgusted. What annoys me most of all is the took my money as soon as I placed the order.

They are meant to deliver in 30 days but this has been twice as long.

Anyone else still waiting?

Any suggestions about how I can solve it or what I should do?

My dd orderd a bag in August with various extras, so not standard. It was eventually delivered last week. However, she did receive a couple of emails from them in the last six weeks or so, apologising for the delay. After the summer promotion they were inundated with orders, she got a great deal. They didn't take her money until it was on its way either so I'd be concerned to be in your situation. I can only suggest you keep trying, but be aware that orders are very late.

Can ui post in Facebook or Twitter and shame them into answering you? There'll be a load of other disgruntled people on there doing the same, no doubt.

I ordered from their flash sale last year and found their customer service shite. I'd never buy from them again.

This isn't the first time this has happened. I wonder if trading standards or watchdog should be told (being serious). It's shocking that yhey haven't contacted you at all :(
