Ordering from Espirit

I've seen a few shirts that I like the look of but am apprehensive of ordering online after seeing the reviews on Trustpilot.
Are they generally reliable? Is their delivery quite quick? I'd really like to order for something to arrive before we go away for half term.

Assuming you mean Esprit, delivery is very reliable but does take about 5 days. Ive never had a problem with them and I order lots - free delivery and free returns makes it worthwhile.

I found them reasonably reliable. The order took about 2 weeks though- ordered a couple of scarves. I returned both because they were quite different from the web images. The refund came back ok and didn't take too long.

It's slow because it ships from Germany.

I've never had it take that long. I have had an email to say something is taking longer than expected but it's still arrived in about 5 days.

Agree with other posters, I've used them a few times and never had a problem. No problem returning things either.

Oh, another thing. How do you find their sizing?

In agreement with PPs, no problem with orders, just don't expect next or 2-day delivery.
Sizing I find is TTS in tops, but they do tend to be long, which may be fine with your if you're not a short arse petite, like me

oh dear Vodka. That's the problem, I am only 5ft 2, is that going to be a problem with shirts then?

If you pay the £4.95 Dhl charge it gets here the next day.

If you look at the Size guide for each item, it gives the customer opinion of how of fits which is good. I don't think it helps with length though.

Actually, if you click on "more info" opinion the product description, it gives lots of details.

Esprit delivery is great.

I had an Esprit phase earlier this year but now don't wear any of the clothes I bought & have sold a fair few bits on ebay.

They look great on the site but when they come, the cut is always slightly basic/mumsy or just not quite right (for me).

Sizing is fine. I like that their trousers are very slim fit. Zara trousers always say they're slim fit and then they stretch so much, but Esprit ones are good.

I have a dark purple Esprit shirt that I'd be happy to send to you for delivery costs didn't sell on ebay & no charity shops here
