Gel Nail Varnish.

How do you get this stuff off, ordinary varnish remover is doing nothing, nada, not a damn smear even!
I am more of a bag lady than a naice varnish person but a friend needed to practise so I let her. Damn! I want it gone now!

You need a nail file to gently buff the colour.

Then, get some cotton wool and soak in acetone (about £1 from the chemist). Wrap the cotton wool on your finger with tin foil and leave for 15 minutes.

GENTLY, with an orange stick push the colour away.

It will never come off with nail polish remover,

I just removed mine this morning, I don't normally wear it as am not allowed to wear anything like that at work but as I'm off sick I thought 'why not'?

I did what currieaddict said above and the just scrapped it off with my nail. The colour has stained my nail where the stupid manicurist took a sanding machine to my nail (I won't be going there again) but I'm square your friend didn't do that.

Mine comes off with soaking in nail polish remover but it has to be acetone.
