Kids shoes refund?

Anyone tried to return fairly well worn shoes for a refund? DS has had some Geox trainers for about 5 weeks and one of the Velcro straps has come off. It's not even one of the main straps so doesn't get pulled about a lot but all the stitching has come away.

They've obviously been worn quite a bit but I do feel like this is a defect and not from wear and tear.

Is it worth a moan or do I just suck it up (and go back to Clarks as they've never fallen to bits on us).

Well it's got to be worth a try - do you still have the receipt?

receipt? I seriously doubt it - not impressed with their quality at all :-(

Well just to close of the thread, I showed a credit card bill in the store showing proof if purchase and they gave us a new pair if shoes - brilliant service Grin

That happened to my dd's geox shoes. I took them back and was given a replacement. One month later, exactly the same thing happened again. I took them back and the shoe shop repaired them. The shop owner said it had happened to others and was a design fault.

Good work!

This has happened with clarks shoes after half a term and I've just superglued them together!
