Dry shampoo in the rain?

I have started using dry shampoo occasionally, and it's working brilliantly, thanks to some excellent advice from MN. But what happens if you use it in wet weather? Does it go all claggy? I can't think which would be worse - flat hair that's a bit greasy or flat hair that's a bit claggy.

Any thoughts please?!

I use dry shampoo and can't say I've ever noticed a problem going out in the rain. If it's going claggy I'd imagine you're using too much.
