Well, you could try Retin A if you can tolerate it, (it can be difficult to tolerate) but it will take months to work. It certainly would halt/slow down the progression of them, so it's definitely worth a shot. But, if they're bad, you're looking at the Botox, Fraxel, fillers. Oh, and like Betty says, don't smoke.
