Large sun/brown spot on face...gone!

I'm thrilled. It took about a year+ but, the secret is...I applied Eucerin spot corrector, daily.

Just thought I'd share in case it helps anyone.

I was so self conscious about it. Thank fuck I don't need to worry about it now. (Unless it creeps back).

(I suppose there may be a possibility that it may have disappeared naturally anyway?)

a year? you're patient Grin I'm covered in freckles, I dont have time to cover them all...

Great that it's gone, if you felt bad about it.

But a year?! I have a vague small sun spot on the side of my face, but no way do I have the inclination to spend a year tending to it.

bryte · 09/10/2014 10:58

There are some home remedies which claim to be much faster than that.

Bowlersarm · 09/10/2014 11:00

Well, mine was large enough to make me very self conscious about it.

I was using it primarily because it was reported to fade dark spots, which it was doing slightly, so that was why I used it as part of the moisturising routine for so long. Fading was better than nothing.

I have to moisturise twice a day because my skin is so dry, so it wasn't going beyond what I do anyway.

It's just such a bonus for me that it's disappeared totally as it was in such a prominent place.

I'm very, very happy about it Smile

A vague small sun spot on the side of my face - I probably wouldn't worry either, JapaneseM. (Or freckles)

Like what bryte? I trawled on here looking to see what worked for people, and nothing seemed to.

It was about a year, can't remember exactly. It may have been less. It was one and a half small phials worth.

Anyway, I am now blemish free, so hopefully don't have to worry about it!
