Raving about Angela Flanders perfume

I just had such a lovely morning with a really helpful, well trained perfumer helping me pick a new unusual perfume for my 40th. And there were SO many I loved.

It was a really good experience, totally different from trying on perfume in a department store and I am a convert to artisan perfume. God I smell so good I may have to snog myself...

I know there are perfume fiends out there so I thought I would just post a serious thumbs up....Smile

Did you go to the shop on Columbia Road? And what did you choose?Smile

The one in Spitalfields. Got Oudh Noir and Aqua Alba. I like my perfumes to smell a bit dirty, me.... Leather, spice, woody stuff.

My friend got the Ambre Noir and Mimosa.

F_ it, we thought. We last bought perfumes 7 years ago!

I didn't know there was a shop in spitalfields!
Last time I went, I came home with ... mademoiselle, I think.

Shock I forgot to say: I hope you really enjoy your perfume!

Spitalfields is open all week but the flower market one is only open when at restricted hours at the w-end. Friend and I took sneaky morning off today due to impending 40-dom hence Spitalfields one.

Utterly lovely shop assistant- zero hard sell, I think we must have spent about two hours trying stuff on, going away for a coffee to let it settle, coming back...
