Colour-a self assessment?

Hi

How can I find my colours without paying a fortune? I'm pretty sure I'm a deep winter but need reassurance!

Ok, I'm dark haired (dark brown but in the light it goes lighter, sort of reddish), dark brown eyes. I've got indian tone skin, not really dark, not olive either. I tan easily. I don't know what undertones are, let alone what mine are!

What am I?!

Think you should fork out the £100 as it is so worth it. You need to find out how warm your skin tone is, pinky or yellowy -- you might actually be quite hard to figure out. (and everyone wants to be a winter!) you won't regret the money... I am a convert.

I tried to self assess and thought I was a Summer. Did an online analysis, became an Autumn. Finally had a colour analysis done in person and discovered that I'm a Spring. Grin

I am having a 'colour refresh' session on Saturday as my original analysis was not with House of Colour.

I recommend investing the money in a professional colour analysis - definitely worth it!

Haha, ok, so it's virtually impossible to do a self assessment!

I'll look into it then. Am also keen on finding out what styles suit me as I am unsure about my body shape, so maybe they can help.

I did the whole style and colour thing, it was expensive but has REALLY saved me money. I now know for sure what I can't wear... for instance no cropped trousers ever, and I might have been tempted this season! I do have a sort of capsule wardrobe now, I know what suits me and can buy quite cheaply if I get it right. Do it!
