Non drying waterproof mascara?

After reading another thread where the poster complained about mascara running, some people suggested waterproof mascara. This is all I can use beacause my eyes water so much (nothing to do with make up - they water all the time). Most WP mascara is very dry and I find it hard to get decent coverage. Is there one that gives decent coverage and not too drying that you like???

For me , Diorshow Waterproof is amazing. I have watery eyes, wear contacts and have shortish straight lashes. This mascara has a proper brush and gives me fabulous eyelashes when combined with an eyelash curler. For my lashes TMI is the brush through.

I have a Lancôme waterproof one its black with a small blue ring on it it does not move and gives excellent coverage I can spend all day at the farm rub my eyes etc and no smudging
