The balls of my feet burn and hurt so much when I wear heeled shoes. What can I buy to make them wearable?

There are these gel cushions you can insert.
this sort of thing

Apparently if you tape together the third and fourth toes it takes the pressure off of the ball of your foot.

Yy, gel cushions are great- but also make sure that the shoe is wide enough.

Behoove · 05/10/2014 21:26

Perfect, I'll get them tomorrow, thanks.

Wear flats. Seriously, you don't have to wear heels.

Width of the heal makes a difference, the narrower the heal the more weight I throw forward to the ball of my foot. A wider heal, the more I can balance on my heal and take some of the pressure off the ball of the foot, I can go for longer without the burn on wider heals

wow, and I thought footbinding had gone out.

shoes that hurt are crap shoes.

Behoove · 05/10/2014 22:34

No, they are good shoes. Gabor, wide fit etc...
I have bad feet, normally wear sensible flats, and now and again I like to wear a naice pair of heels to get dressed up.

no, they are not good shoes if they hurt! They don't fit properly!

you don't have bad feet.
