Best foundation for under a tenner?

I'm completely out of foundation so need to pop to the shops. Would like medium coverage with a natural look- which is the best for under a tenner?

many thanks Thanks

It's not quite under a tenner but there is usually some sort of offer on - Soap and Glory. I like it as much as the way more expensive Clarins and Clinique ones I had before I discovered it.

Max Factor Colour Adapt.

LemonBreeland · 05/10/2014 13:29

I have a Maybelline one that is great.

I love garnier BB 'blur' just like a foundation, I now wear it instead of Estée Lauder :-)

bonhomme · 05/10/2014 13:37

Thanks for the suggestions!

Another vote for Colour Adapt. I have thought about maybe changing because technology has come on quite a way since it was developed and although it was quite the space-age thing at the time I started wearing it I wonder if there are others along the same lines that are better. But, it really works for me and I love it, so I keep on getting it.

Kiko - the quality of all of their stuff is incredible, and very cheap!

Paddingtonthebear · 05/10/2014 14:06

I had a Rimmel one - wake me up, was under a tenner but that was several years ago so it may not be anymore

I don't wear foundation anymore, but if you want a good tinted moisturiser with some coverage, I recommend m&s autograph tinted moisturiser, it's £9.50

Anything by Maybelline. I have nightmare skin and Maybelline is the only brand, regardless of price, that works with my skin type.

Maybelline Fit Me

Bourjois Healthy Mix.

Pollywallywinkles · 05/10/2014 15:05

Revlon photo ready although it's about £13.

I've gone from high end foundation to this and will continue to stick with it.

SofaCanary · 05/10/2014 15:15

The Healthy Mix Serum one is nice.

southeastastra · 05/10/2014 15:15

i quite like the no 7 ones and tinted moisturisers. they cover really well and last ime.

DameDiazepamTheDramaQueen · 05/10/2014 15:46

Revlon colour stay.

TripTrapTripTrapOverTheBridge · 06/10/2014 11:18

Barbara Daly moisture foundation

wildfig · 06/10/2014 13:23

Bourjois 123 CC creme is excellent for £9.99 - don't know what the 123 foundation is like but imagine it's slightly more coverage, same colour correcting pigments.

haveanotherdoughnut · 06/10/2014 13:34

Bourjois

2 for £14 in Boots at the mo. Apparently, it comes out the same factory as Chanel.

Lottapianos · 06/10/2014 13:37

Rimmel Match Perfection or Wake Me Up. Medium coverage, fresh look, nothing mask-like. Both well under a tenner
