Changing Boots No 7 Make up- can you?

There was a thread on here about 2 weeks ago from someone saying you could get a refund /exchange for Boots No 7 make up. Is this right? Just bought a lippie, tried at home and far too bright. or does it just apply to their colour match foundation?

Yes, any counter will exchange make up. Boots are very good, I've done it a couple of times

Thanks. Was a slight impulse purchase of new lippy they do and much too dark in daylight.
