Find me a dress?

Hello I need a dress for a very posh evening do next week. I have had a quick look online but haven't seen much I like.

I need it to be not too short but not maxi, with sleeves of some sort. I am tall and slim. Don't suit skater style dresses and I have a high waist so clinched in doesn't work.. Shift dresses or fit and flare/bias cut work well. I like lace. Colour not that important but need to avoid red.

Budget up to £100.

This is a bit over budget but there must be a code somewhere! I tried this on recently, it didn't look good on me because I wasn't tall enough so the waist and hem were lower than they should be. It also comes up big like most Monsoon. If it had fitted though it I think it would have been quite high waisted.
