Joe Browns Sizing?

I've spotted a dress on the Joe Browns website that I like, but I'm not sure what their sizing is like, I was just wondering whether I need to size up or down?

Also does anyone know of any discount codes?

I'm a comfortable 16 everywhere else but joe browns where I am always a 14. I only buy dresses or occasionally tops but I have a lot of dresses and they are all 14. I bought a 16 once and it was huge. And I promise, everywhere else I'm a 16.
