Waaaaa! My pixie cut is too short

I look like a small boy!

My ok hairdresser moved on, I tried a new one at the same salon. It's too short! :(
Normally I don't mind how much is cut off, but this time I just look like a small boy!

Please can you give me any tips to get through the next 6 weeks till I can get it re cut.

It takes time to get used to it, but you might even prefer shorter hair in the end. I shave my head to 6-7mm and love it. Gave me a shock the first few times I did it, though. Won't go back to longer now - I feel very chic, alternative, feminist, beautiful and practical at the same time. If I'm ever feeling boyish, I just use vampy matte red/wine lipstick.
