Anyone have these? Tried them on today very comfy but unsure normally wear converse but wanted to smarten up, would wear them with skinny jeans, could I wear socks? Hate wearing shoes without.

You could wear footsies. Then you get the look of not wearing socks but you are.

I bought these in black for dd aged 11 for school :) she absolutely loves them and says they are the comfiest shoes she's ever had. I think they would look great with skinny jeans and contrasting socks - bright or patterned socks are quite "in" now I think. Asos is full of interesting ankle socks.

Cumfiest shoes I've ever had.... but still don't quite know how to wear them...are they a bit smart for school runs with jeans? (I'm usually in old converse!)

I love mine, got them two years ago and I'm still on trend! Ha! I wear them with cropped trousers, most dresses with tights and skirts and tights. Can also wear them with chinos. Socks should not be on display- agree with earlier poster you can wear footsies.

I literally get stopped by people in the street asking me where I got them from ( but this happens with all my Clark's shoes).

Socks are ok if the jeans are long aren't they? I only worry about socks with shorts/cropped trouses/skirts... ( I am no style and beauty queen though!)

I have worn them with dresses and tights for work but as I'm rather large I worry it looks matronly.

Same as fairylea, my yr8 DD has these as school shoes. She said they are the comfiest school shoes she has ever had. They seem to be pretty hard wearing too, more so than the actual school shoe offerings from Clarks/Start Rite/Bootleg, which seem to get flimsier but more £££ every year.

Had mine for several years now and they are still going strong (admittedly I have lots of shoes but have been wearing these probably once a week on average over 4 years or something). I mostly wear mine with skirts and tights but have worn with socks too (usually nice striped ones in a contrasting colour).

I have them. Bought them two years ago. So comfortable and nice and smart. I don't tend to wear them with skinnies as I prefer ankle boots or converse with them but they do look nice with slim straight cut jeans.
