If I like Armani Mania perfume, what else might I like....?

Went into Boots today to buy some more of my favourite perfume - Armani Mania - which I've been using for about 5 years now and just love!
Only to be told they don't stock it anymore and it is to be discontinued!!!!

I didn't have time to browse the shelves and seek out a new alternative but definitely need to buy some more perfume soon... so, if I like Armani Mania, what else might I like?

Well that's what the assistant in Boots told me - though she did say you still might be able to get it on the internet somewhere (so, yes maybe Amazon is an option...)

Though if they eventually stop making it I'll still need an alternative so any suggestions welcome please!!

I think there are different Manias made by Armani currently on sale, but they aren't the original scent. Of course there may be people still selling old stock, but it doesn't help long-term.

I love Armani Mania, it's all I wear.. Boot's haven't had it for years - at least not ones close to me.. I've been buying it on Amazon for about 2 years God knows what I'll do when old stock runs out...

Another Mania fan here-watching with interest as I have about 2 mm of perfume left in the bottle and have been rationing it for months :(

So it looks like I might have to search on Amazon for it and stock up as no-one has suggested alternatives...??!!

U code try Armani code, the original one in purple bottle or Anna sui secret wish its a light blue colour in the bottle or the original Armani in the gold tube. Another Armani perfume fan here ??

I love the mens version for my husband, last time I bought it the sales lady told me its more of a unisex scent and women were buying it too for themselves and that she wears it too so I wasn't sure if you meant that one..the womens one is lovely too..maybe ebay?

Have you looked on Perfume Parlour? They sell very good copies of popular perfumes. They've had some very good reviews (there's a thread on here somewhere) and are very reasonable. I have their version of Armani Mania, it's lovely.

Went back to Boots who suggested DKNY Golden Delicious - does smell lovely though not as good as Mania!

Apparently I want a perfume with a citrus-y top and woody basenotes

I am so upset I started wearing this 15 years ago as a newly wed- ironic we finalized the divorce this year. To the questions of what you might like- I will tell you this- mania was the scent that smelled amazing on me- the only other I’ve found that I can wear and it works for me is lemon grass extract oil or Chanel “mademoiselle” it’s more expensive than mania but I’ve had really good luck. I did borrow a spritz of (you won’t believe ) Juicy Contour from a gf I liked the Way it smelled but if it worked for me- I’m unsure.

Mania was my scent, I wore it for years. When it was discontinued I found old stock but it was getting harder and more expensive. I now wear Dior J’adore.. `(I’m aware this is a zombie thread apart from last post).

Reigniting this as I need a new perfume! Mania by Armani was my favourite and still haven't found the perfect replacement!

Me too! I've got a tiny bit left, I used to wear it when DH and I were dating and daren't run out as even catching a slight hint of the scent takes me right back to those days!
