Incredibly soft ballet pumps?

Petal02 · 29/09/2014 13:29

I'm always on a permanent searching mission for really soft ballet pumps, particularly those with a soft 'back of heel' area, otherwise they tend to cut my feet to shreds.

I'm presently stick piling Primark Ballet pumps, only £4 per pair and in a whole range of colours, they're just amazing.

But are there any other ballet pumps I could try (I don't mind spending more than £4 per pair)!

The Bloch ones in tkmaxx are amazing, really soft and comfortable and last ages.

Petal02 · 29/09/2014 13:53

Are the Bloch styles nice and soft around the back of the heel, ie won't give me blisters?

Stylesnob are lovely and very soft. But very expensive - around £100. I love mine though and wear a lot and they get compliments all the time.

Freckle face or freckle ice from Clarks. They bring them out every Summer. I don't know if there'd be any left in Clark's at this time of year but Amazon have them.

Yep - I second the New Look recommendation.

I bought black ones from matalan for work. They are real leather and really soft.

Cheesymonster · 29/09/2014 15:29

^forgot to say they're £12

I bought geox ones for my DD: really soft leather, comfy sole, more expensive that NL or primark but she wore them all summer and they still look like new. She's an adult size but I did get them from the kids section.

Telltaleheart · 29/09/2014 17:54

I have a really soft pink pair with that kind of back. They are actually kids ones from Boden.

Funnily enough I recently went on there to check if there were any available but they seemed to have stopped doing them in a 6 worse luck! But you may be lucky if your feet are smaller.

Definitely no blisters with the Bloch ones!
There's a thread here about them, maybe from yesterday.

I've recently bought these slippers but everyone who comes round says I like your shoes! Very soft and comfortable.

Petal02 · 30/09/2014 08:45

I have 2 pairs of jing jings and a pair of running shoes and really, really, really wish I could justify a pair of ankle boots!

They are soft and flexible and amazingly comfortable. The best shoes I have ever worn.

You can usually find a few pairs of jing jings knocking around at roughly half price on places like Amazon. I didn't pay full price for mine! I have the bronze ones and the dark blue. Bronze are amazing, I was a bit worried they would be all metally and blingy but they are not at all and go brilliantly with almost everything.

Petal02 Moshulu are doing 15% off (finishes today) with the code TEAPOT

Tillybee · 30/09/2014 13:00

£4 a pair! How is that possible?

I need to size up with Bloch, so be careful

Tillybee · 30/09/2014 13:01

What's the sizing like on the Jing Jings?

IAmAPaleontologist · 30/09/2014 13:04

True to size I think. I'm a 6 and a half and I wear a 40.

Tillybee · 30/09/2014 13:05

Thank you! I like the look of those ballet flats
