Tights

I am just about to start a new job in a very corporate office environment where tights are very much part of the corporate uniform. Bearing in mind the warmer weather at present I am thinking probably sheer tights would be better than opaques at least until the weather turns cooler. Having not worn tights for ages can anyone recommend brands / styles which are suited to daily use?

M&S sheer ladder resist are good. Basically you need to steer clear of anything with a shine. Wash them in a bag in the washing machine and they will last longer. (and avoid any velcro wielding child!)

As an aside I hate seeing opaques until its cold, and can't understand how people survive in them all summer!! It must be sweltering!
