How do I get it off please? Tried wet wipes, fainter but still there and I am scared of damaging the leather if I rub any harder.

Contact Mulberry for advice. They may not be as brilliant with customer service now, but a few years ago they replaced the closing strap and shoulder strap of my binocular bag for a very reasonable price, and were incredibly helpful over the phone about how to get this done.

Came across that link. Maybe also consider getting it professionally removed? Maybe take it to the dry cleaners and see what they could suggest.

Take it to a cobblers/leather specialist. Do Mulberry do repairs? I know most designers do. Might be worth calling your local branch.

I am right near a branch so will take it in next week. Thank you.

Some years ago there was a limited edition of the Bayswater which looked like it had had a huge splat of ink spilt on it and out from the splat were loads of scribbled birds flying out of it. My friend had one and once a woman pointed it out to here thinking it was an accident, "oh your bag is ruined", my friend smiled and said "oh no, I paid extra for that" Grin

If you're in London take it to Elias. They clean and recondition bags.
