Forgiving tops that don't shout MUM!

Hi ladies,

Please help me restart my top collection! I used to love tops, but pregnancy and one year of one-sided breastfeeding have totally changed my figure and I can't wear my old ones. All I have are several baggy tunics I bought in desperation to try to hide the fact that one boob was three times the size of the other. One year on they are now more similar, though different enough that buttons down the middle don't really work. I am one dress size bigger than before at a 12 with a less than flat belly. I like the tops linked below, but they are pretty expensive. Has anyone seen similar for lower prices? If I got one only, which should I go for?

Thanks!

Have you tried asos or supermarkets to get cheap ones?

Rocket1982 · 26/09/2014 21:52

Thanks for suggesting ASOS. I hadn't really looked at that site before. 26 pages of tops later I found these:
www.asos.com/asos/asos-t-shirt-in-photographic-floral-print/prod/pgeproduct.aspx?iid=4300628&clr=Multi&SearchQuery=Tops&pgesize=36&pge=13&totalstyles=904&gridsize=3&gridrow=5&gridcolumn=2
www.asos.com/oasis/oasis-bold-floral-top/prod/pgeproduct.aspx?iid=4365445&clr=Multi&SearchQuery=Tops&pgesize=204&pge=3&totalstyles=903&gridsize=3&gridrow=64&gridcolumn=2

But maybe they are a bit 'mum'? I'm not finding very much I like out there - it all seems to be crop tops, floral, lace or plain t-shirt styles...

At ASDA it has to be this one:

I love tops from oasis, but tend to be a bit pricey unless you pick them up in the sale. Though I usually can't wait that long so end up buying them !

VeryLittleGravitasIndeed · 27/09/2014 08:07

I love that Mint Velvet top!
There are still some things floating around in the sales?
eg
or
or if you wanted to layer a bit
?

LaCerbiatta · 27/09/2014 08:32

There's one in sainsburys that looks just like the mint velvet one. Looks a lot more expensive than what is. And is 25% off at the moment!

I like the ones from Asos
