I am not allowed to buy many new things before Christmas, unless they are from charity shops.

However, there are 2 things that I think I want/need in addition to the scarf which I intend to buy as soon as it gets colder.

SO - please can you give me ideas for:

item one - a black jacket to wear with skinnies on nights out. It needs to be not very long, and not at all workish looking

item two - a lightweight (rather than super-warm) parka, maybe grey or black rather than khaki
