desperate for a v necked navy cardigan. of course everywhere are round necked designs and not much navy.

anyone used this company? I am about a 10/12, should I order S. I was thinking of ordering a classic v-neck.

They are fantastic and good quality. Look on the website as every item has size measurements so you can see exactly how long it is and sleeve length etc.

I love their stuff. It's good quality and good value.

Eric Bompard also do great v-necked (cashmere) cardis, they're a bit spendy but do come down a bit in the sales for future reference.

I have to say that following loads of recommendations on here last year, I bought several things. And one or two were a little disappointing. The seems under the sleeves came undone really quickly and the jumper I liked the most went really bobbly.

Lilymaid · 24/09/2014 16:44

I've always found that the cashmere and merino pullovers go very bobbly, so no longer buy them but look out for pure merino pullovers from other brands.

They do say after the first couple of washes you can pick the bobbles off or use a Bobble Off razor thing and after that the bobbles don't come back.

You can also return anything you aren't satisfied with but you must use a proper wool detergent.

Milmingebag · 24/09/2014 17:06

There are some gems on there if you can get past the fusty website.

The quality of the merino/cashmere is very good. They pill like all cashmere things but that is part and parcel of having it and it lessens over time. Agree about the detergent.

My favourite thing from there is the lambswool moss stitch jumper. This has washed incredibly well and is really warm without being heavy and itchy. No bobbling either. The photograph doesn't do it justice. The sizing on this is generous so a small fits a 12-14 with room.

The ladies hoodies in merino/cashmere are good for a bung on casual jumper if you are petite.

Avoid the silk mix stuff as it doesn't wash well and loses colour/shape quickly. Avoid the unisex stuff too as it shapes frumpy on women.

Superherosidekick · 24/09/2014 19:22

Yes the small is roomy on me (size 10-12) I have been impressed with the quality for the price. You can't go wrong with the v-neck long cardi

alemci · 24/09/2014 19:53

super I was thinking of the unisex v neck cardi.
I wish M&S would bring their jumpers and cardis in several colours rather than odd bits here and there.
