Hopefully you can see the pics. My mums hair is grey, dyed dark brown but looks practically black...however in the last 6 months or so these patches of lighter colour are appearing. Up close it looks almost copper. It looks like she tried to do multi tonal highlights but it didn't work out so good!
Anyone experienced similar or know how to fix?
