where do people shop where all the girls' stuff is pink? I never have this problem at all and shop in Sainsbo's, John Lewis, Mothercare, H&M. Sure, there's pink stuff there but lots of other colours too. (I have a friend who has flaming red hair and she wears pink all the time, looks great!)
Boys clothes always seem so - sludgy, I guess, in colour. Navy, brown, khaki,grey - all a bit miserable, isn't it?
I like children in colourful, cheerful stuff that isn't too grown-up for them. Hate seeing little girls dressed as though they are going to work - presumably by oh-so-cool parents who don't dare introduce a bit of - gasp!- pink or purple or sparkle, in case a few brain cells die.
agree that swim pants would be best for girls, though it means less exposed skin to slap sun cream on which is a bonus of the one-piece.
