Levi's Demi Curve Jeans size?

What is size 31 in Levi's Demi curve ?Is it size 14 or 12 ?

I don't think anyone is going to be able to give you a helpful answer here - because what is "a 12" depends a lot on the shop and the item in question.

31 is the waist size in inches.

According to the Levi size chart it is a 12. I would suggest measuring your waist with a measuring tape rather than relying on traditional dress sizes when that is not how Levi's are cut/measured.

Levis say a size 30 = 27-28inch actual waist and 38 1/2 = 39 1/2 "seat"

M&S say that a size 12 is 29 inch waist and 39 inch hips

So Levis clearly expect a bigger waist:hip difference than M&S do.

Thanks everyone . I'm going to measure measure myself .
But I ordered last pair from asos sale, although I'm size 14 .
I'll see if it fits otherwise will be a good motivation to loose weight

31 is a 12-14. Beware though as the black denim comes up smaller and the two rises (modern/classic) make a difference too.
