I need a new grey eyeliner. Recs please?

I usually go for Lancome or Urban Decay, but neither of them have got quite what I want. I want a deep, smokey grey with no hint of shine or sparkle. I want to create smudginess rather than a fine line and I want the pencil to be lovely and soft. Oh and it's got to be a proper grey, with no hint of blue.

Smashbox are great, soft and easy to smudge but initial line can be quite precise. Big Boots stores have them or online. They aren't sparkly at all.

I use this daily and it's a marvel

MAC PowerPoint pencil in Grey Utility. Gorgeous.

I like the Lauder doublewear in graphite. Have to blend it fairly quickly before it sets but once it does, it stays for hours on my oily lids.

Thanks all. Had forgotten all about Mac. Like the sound of the Benefit one - I've liked every Benefit product I've tried, although wish it was a bit cheaper!

Avon Glimmersticks eyeliner. I never wear anything else - lasts all day too.

I've got a really nice one from Top Shop.

Estée Lauder double wear- think its graphite. Doesn't move once it sets, so smudge quickly.

nachohousekeeper - have you heard that Topshop makeup is made by MAC? I wonder if that's true... I have a couple of lipsticks from there.

I stopped buying eyeliner years ago and just use eye shadow and a brush now.
Lots more colours to choose from.

I do that too, but sometimes I like a proper liner, especial for lazy days.

Avon glimmersticks recommendation from me too. You never have to sharpen them.

No7 do a grey one which is very soft. Cheap too!

I've got the No 7 one but it's just not quite the right colour.
