Anyone ordered online from MonShowroom?

Has anyone ever bought anything from French website MonShowroom? They have a 25% discount on at the moment and some gorgeous stuff. Specifically, I was wondering what they were like about returns and whether you have to pay to return to France via tracked post. Any info gratefully received.

I have ordered from them. No problems at all. I did send return stuff, but I can't remember the cost of returns. Can't have been outrageous or I would remember.

Sorry that really isn't much help at all. I remember delivery was remarkably fast. From somewhere in Provence? I had thought it would take some time to deliver, what with it been French and all (oh mon dieu, appalling stereotyping)...

I have just managed to find the FAQs on the website and it says they will offer a refund if items are returned within 14 days but I must pay the costs of delivery via Royal Mail or 'any private carrier of your choice'. Which sounds like it could be expensive, depending on the amount of packaging etc. Might dip my toe in with one item...watch this space!
