How to rewaterproof my Merrill coat

Hello

I have emailed Merrill but they have not responded so knowing how popular the coats are on mumsnet I though I would ask :)

My wakefield coat is no longer waterproof and I would like to rewaterproof it as it is in good condition otherwise.

Can I just buy a product from amazon to use is the washing machine? Do I need a tumble dryer to make it work?

I don't know about Merrills but I have a Paramo & I use Tech wash & TX Wash In by Nikwax & they work great :)

I was also going to say nikwax tech wash

I used it on my merrell and it was fine. Used in washing machine and then line dried
