Are Kipling bags any good?

I have a tula cross body bag which I love but the leather is so good that the bag is heavy before I've even filled it and there's not that much in there. The bag was a bargain off Ebay so didn't cost me full price.

I know nylon bags are much lighter and easier to work with but I can't see many in the shops these days, there used to be Wonderbags in Debenhams which were good but they don't seem to exist anymore.

I've looked online at Kipling bags but they do seem expensive. Are they worth it? The thing is they don't look particularly dressy but they do seem practical.

I do love bags that just sit on the shoulder but find cross body ones more practical for free hands but the leather ones just pull on my shoulder.

DH bought it from amazon for me - they often have them on the lightning deals

Its not very dressy but I like it for every day use and I would be able to shove it in the washing machine when DD puts something sticky in it

I love mine. I got it when it had 30% off and it is really, really light to carry and holds loads. I'd deffo buy another one (only the plain black ones).

I have 2 (one black, one dark brown) a wallet and a coin purse.
(DD has 3 bags + purse+ pouch)

I don't like the fashion colour ones.
I like the pockets and the keyfob
I like the fact they aren't leather
I like the fact they can be washed,
High fashion they're not.
But for me, very practical
