coats, inspire me!

I need a new coat! Can anyone who has been out shopping inspire me? I saw a beautiful YMC one in a small boutique, but it was £450!!!
I always feel overwhelmed with this purchase as I usually use a coat for 2 years, so happy to invest, but want something I will not tire off.

Have you looked at Cos? They do fabulous coats. I am waiting on the arrival of a hooded navy wool number, I can't wait for cold weather so I can wear it.

I've just bought this. It's amazing. Both casual and smart at the same time. Fantastic colour and really cocoons shape. I loathe black coats. I've also spied a gorgeous grey slouchy coat in Jigsaw which I want, but can't realistically have 2 expensive coats, unless I hung one on the wall as a piece of art

Ooh I had been admiring that one oranges, quite spendy for M and S but looks beautiful. I have a real fetish for hooded winter coats that aren't full on duffles. This is my Cos one.

I got mine with 20% off online. It's 100% wool.
