Going back to work/ personal shopper

I'm going back to work (dreading it) and am trying to cheer myself up by getting some work clothes.

Work is casual but in an office.

I'm a shirt/ jumper and skinny jeans girl and I'm really wanting to branch out a bit.

Anyone used the ones in HOF or Denenhams?

I'm in Glaagow, 9ish stone a a 5'3".

To be honest, do not go near Debenhams - their stock is awful, which is what the personal shopper will be selecting from. I would use House of Fraser or John Lewis.

In the meantime, how about looking through mags like Grazia and, also, Pinterest etc to get a feel for some looks you would like to emulate.

Good idea Belinda.

Off to buy some mags.

Bump.

Bloody Grazia is full of Coldplay/Gwinie gossip and stuff for millions of pounds.

Anyone else with any other experience?

I'm in the same situation as you - go back to work at end if month. I had a personal shopper session at John Lewis and would highly recommend it. Lovely stylist lady, nice fitting rooms and no pressure to buy. Good luck back at work
