Swimsuit or tankini?

I'm normally a bikini girl, but we're taking the kids to Centre Parcs in October and a bikini doesn't feel quite right for flinging myself around a pool with my toddler - plus I'm only 8 weeks post-partum with my second so still have mum-tum.

I've tried on a couple of swimsuits but they look a bit matronly on me - I'm a curvy size 14 with a very large bust. However, tankinis feel a bit...dated to me.

Any thoughts, oh wise ones?

Thank you leedy, I've just ordered one, also in navy. I suspect I may need one that pulls me in round the tummy more, but for £11.80 it's worth a try!

Hurrah! Hope it works out for you.

Well, sadly the Boden one didn't work. As suspected my boobs were spilling out of the cup and it did nothing for my round tummy. Also the halter neck hurt my neck.

Ordered a speedo sculpture one which has had great reviews on amazon. If that doesn't work I shall give up and brazen it out in a bikini.

Boo. Hope the Speedo works!

TheBookOfRuth we're at center parcs now and there is a real mix of tankinis, swimsuits and bikinis so wear whatever you feel best in Smile
