I know it's rather sad to post something about Christmas in Sept but as I missed out last year, anyone know when the beauty advent calendars go on sale? I'm hopeful I might be quick enough to get one this year!

Oh ill be interested! My sister has been working like a bloody trojan this year and for little to no money and one of these would be right up her street.

The Benefit one goes on sale on November the 2nd for one day. In some Debenhams and online. But they do go veerrry quickly.

I know that the ciate one has just gone on sale at Selfridges. I'm hoping to try and get the Boots one if they do it again this year. I'll be keeping a close eye and promise to export if I hear anything ;)

You can get last years Ciate calendar here for £16.99 rather than £25.99

Wow- that is very exciting hope! Do you think the polish will be okay or might it have separated after a year??! Very tempted - oh dear the start of binge beauty calendar buying....

I'm not sure tbh. Though I have literally hundreds of nail polishes that I've had for God knows how long, and they're ok, so I'd probably buy it. Though I really don't need anymore!

Thanks Psypher I have the Benefit calendar on my wish list after missing out on last years.

My DM bought my DDs the ciate nail varnish one last year. They loved it, but I haven't been impressed with the quality of the varnish. It is very thin so you need to do a few coats and it chips easily.

Boots do one, lots of different brands. And money off/extra points vouchers when you buy the full sizes,

I coveted the Benefits one but at least 3 of the gifts were jewellery or hair grips which I didn't want .
