Help me style this skirt please

I have a christening to go to next weekend, and so far all I have to wear is a skirt. Like this sorry can't find the exact one online.
Not sure how to style it though, I was either thinking about a white shirt or a 3/4 sleeve fitted top, not sure though so any ideas would be great

Yes to fitted. Not mad about how it is styled but like the skirt and grey is nice with it. Do you have a grey fitted top with a nice necklace? I have a nice silver structured t shirt from Cos. Not helpful really but it would be nice with it.

A fuchsia or yellow cami if you fancy some colour blocking? Or a grey t-shirt in a silky material-tucked in to the skirt.

I'm off shopping tomorrow, so will have a look for a grey t-shirt. The colour blocking would look fab, but a bit full on for me. I live in jeans and neutral t-shirts, so the skirt is already out of my comfort zone iyswim!
What shoes would you put with it? I have these?

Would you wear a very slightly cropped shell top with it? Not flashing your midriff and not clinging but with a tiny glimpse of the top of the waistband of the skirt...something like this top could look great.

This colour would look amazing with the blue skirt and the top looks like it's thin enough to tuck into the skirt (if you wanted) and not look strange

Well the shopping didn't go so well, the skirt just looked frumpy with everything I tried and I tried a LOT!
So, have raided my wardrobe and come up with a few alternatives, going to start a new thread I think with pics of the options on, I will put the link in this thread when done I case anyone wants a look
