Perfect black top?

Sorry if you've seen this already. I accidentally posted in chat.

I love necklaces and have bought a few fabulous ones recently. I need a perfect black top to wear them with for nights out. Scoop/round neck. Not too low, not too high. Sleeveless preferably. Not loose, not tight. Super flattering, obviously. I'm a 12 or 14. Where can I find this holy grail?

I saw a fab sleeveless cowl neck too in h&m the other day. Was about £15. Would be perfect for going out or even for work.
