Bargain Becksondergaard scarves

There's a few on the ASOS website and a couple of wool ones, which have been reduced to approx £25-£30.

I haven't seen them in real but many people are raving about them so what is special about them ?

They are very large and 50% wool 50% silk so soft, light and warm.

However they are not what they used to be imo, I have two from four years ago and they are gorgeous, but more recent ones from ASOS have all been returned, they are a more open weave now and thinner, they doesn't drape so well and feel ever so slightly scratchy.

However they are often beautiful designs and if you don't have an older one then you probably wouldn't notice the difference.

I have the black/stone one life it and wear loads already instead if a coat in the evening

Thanks . I would be hesitant to buy the wool ones , can't stand wool always make me itch.

Are cotton ones worthy ?

The cotton ones are just ordinary cotton scarves, nothing special. I love the wool/silk ones, all of mine are soft and lovely.

The wool/silk ones are really lovely. Huge and soft. I bought one in the asos sale this time last year for MIL and kept it as a Christmas present. It pained me to hand it over! I am buying the turquoise one with the hearts this time round and keeping it for my SIL for Christmas

See, I also find wool itchy, so ordered two cotton ones. When they came, I wasn't sure, but have actually worn them constantly.

So, I like the cotton ones
