What make up do I need to create this look?

Hi!

I really like the way Olivia Palermo does her make up

For example what do I need to achieve the following look:

It's more than just foundation and blusher isn't it? Bronzer?

Appreciate any pointers!

I think she is wearing:
Foundation
Bronzer all over
A plum shade blusher on the apples of her cheeks
A highlighter like high beam on her cheekbones and up to each temple
Liquid eye liner
False eyelashes (at least half a row)
Pinky brown eyeshadow and pinky highlighter on brow bone
Nude lipstick

Very pretty esp with her eye colour.

Oh and she's also used brow pencil

Yea, was thinking of how to do that base look and there must be so many different products on... :(

depends on your skintone, texture, type. take a pic to john lewis, find the least scary / orange makeup counter person snd ask them to recreate it. and use a smashbox primer to keep it all in place. Dior nude foundation is always a winner. estee lauder is long lasting. dont skimp. cheaper products go unnoticed on the eyes but a good lancome mascara will do the business. opt for Nars blusher. you can build up the colour intensity easily. I particularly love Orgasm. it flatters all skintones. dior do a great blunt foundation brush. all other brushes can be purchased from body shop.

Yes that's probably a good idea...

I always feel so intimidated at make up counters... Need to step up!

I do my make up like that on a regular basis (although it of course looks nowhere near as goo as it does on her!) I agree completely with sweet

I use

primer to make sure the foundation stays matt (and on!)
foundation and concealer
loose powder
bronzer to shade (cheekbones, jawline, hairline, sides of nose, tip of nose)
pinkish blusher
pressed powder highlighter under and over cheeks
four eyeshadows - very pale peachy pink all over then three shades of brown to create the arched shadow - darker on outside, lighter on inside
liquid eye-liner
mascara
eyebrow pencil

I use bourgeois beige rose all over (but it has a shimmer which isn't for everyone) and then I have a little pallet from cargo which has a light brown mid brown and dark brown in it. My eyes are quite small and so I literally draw a semi circle above them in the light brown and then go over it from half way to the outer corner in the mid brown. Then I blob the darker brown on the actual eyelid on the outer corner. Then its all about the blending. Blend, blend, blend but make sure that you don't make the pale eyelid dark with the shadow apart from in the very outer corner. If the pale shade gets covered just put a bit more of the pale colour on over the top and blend some more. You need the pale eyelid to get the effect.

Gosh, I used to think she looked great but what's with all the weight loss? She looks scrawny and slightly unwell IMO.
