I don't feel comfortable leaving the house without foundation on as I've always had crap skin. For the last few years I've used max factor xperience, which has always looked pretty good. However, now I'm getting a bit older it just doesn't seem to work for me anymore. Also, it's been discontinued so I need to find a new one anyway.
I'm 33, don't really have many wrinkles yet, but my skin is combination, dry in some places and oily in others. I really have to watch that foundations aren't too greasy, otherwise my face does look like an oil slick.
So it needs to look natural, have decent coverage, last all day and be suitable for ageing combination skin! Not too much to ask, is it?
I'm up for spending a bit of money...but live in the back end of beyond so there are limited beauty counters nearby. How does it work with colour matching and stuff if there are no stockists nearby? Can I get samples? I've only ever bought make up from the help yourself type brands so not sure how it works
