Nail varnish for chubby hands

I'm not fat or anything but I do have slightly small chubby hands and slightly sausagey fingers. My nails never grow very much, they split, not that I would want to wear them long anyway. Hence I've never really bothered to paint my nails because I really don't want to draw attention to them. I also do housework at home and a great deal of crafting so waiting for nail varnish to dry takes more time that I feel I have. However now I have a job I wonder if I would look more put together with nail varnish. What does everyone think? What brand dries quickly and lasts all week?

I was with you until you said lasts all week!! I don't think any if them last that long to be honest. But I'm happy to be corrected!!

I think longevity is proportional to what you're doing. So lots of washing up - wouldn't last, gardening - wouldn't last. Sitting eating peeled grapes - might last!!

Only Shellac or similar will last all week, sometimes even two. It depends on what you're doing like a PP said.
