If you read Boden's emails and website blurb then it's classic 'Boden speak'.

How could you break up with Johnny? I wish I could but then I'd be naked and gave to brave the shops and that's a dreadful and scary thought.

Oh god, I had a 'we miss you!' postcard the other day. I've only ever bought three things for myself from Boden, and one of those was only a few weeks ago anyway!

I only buy from Boden about once a year when they send a 'we miss you' letter and a £10 voucher. This email is typical of their style but not PA imo.

Eurgh I think it's awful and I say that as a digital marketing professional! Also not sure why it takes so long to be removed from their mailing list. I do this for my clients immediately and it's an automated process. So yeah, a little PA of them.

I hate it when you submit an order and then they tell you they are doing a little dance of joy............ just think you will never get that again ;)

Yes the "we'll never darken your inbox..." Is very pa imo.

The sassy skirts were a red flag for me, gas lighting my fat arse into thinking it could carry off enormous prints

I have never bought Boden, any good? Had a gander at the kids section once, thought 'meh', but didn't look too hard really.

lordnoobson I bought a Ravello top in the least ever racy navy leopard print, it looks awful.

It's not PA, they think they're being arch and endearing, which is totally the Boden way.

Me too, I find it twee, irritating, offensive. Don't get me started on the clothes.
